Title: Mom's Sour Cream Pie (Gayle Debruyn)

3/4 c sugar 1 Tbsp (slightly rounded) flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp cloves 1 egg 1 c sour cream 1 Tbsp cider vinegar 2/3 c raisins 2/3 c chopped walnuts 1 pie shell

Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, egg, sour cream, vinegar, raisins, and nuts. If time permits, let sit about 45 minutes to allow raisins to absorb moisture. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put into unbaked pie shell. Cook 10 minutes, then turn down to 350 degrees. Cook about 30 minutes more.

Serve at room temperature with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
